Report Mail Fraud and Criminal Activity
Re: Passamore/Lake, Martinez/Knight, Kincaid, Maynard, Job, Brown, et. al.
As with any candidate or high-profile person, one is often subjected to individuals and groups that are unbalanced, have ulterior motives, obsessions, or hidden agendas. Unfortunately, that is to be expected, however, when their actions become personal, abusive, terroristic and criminal they will be held accountable.
For the past year and half I have been the target of a series of angry, demented and threatening personal attacks. The abuse naturally escalated when I announced my bid in January 2007 for President 2008.
I had the unfortunate experience of being exposed to the above-named individuals while on a humanitarian public speaking tour in 2005-06. Each and every one of these individuals (mostly “women”) contacted me, or approached me, for a number of sorted reasons.
They grossly misrepresented themselves to me and I soon discovered they were not who they said they were. Several of them are living under aliases, have extensive criminal backgrounds, history of violence, practice satanic rituals, peddle dubious “New Age” healing remedies (bordering on the bizarre) and other scams for profit; and all without business licenses or professional degrees.
My criminal complaints against them include, but are not limited to, illegal wiretapping, stalking, multiple counts of mail fraud, multiple counts of defamation (spreading vicious lies about me and my family), identity theft of my deceased sister, harassment, professional misrepresentations (i.e., claims of being an Intellectual Property lawyer, talent manager, fundraiser, etc.), copyright infringement, breach of contracts, breach of security, credit card fraud, and very disturbing, violent and sexual threats against me. They have also violated numerous Cease and Desist notices issued to them by me and my attorneys.
Their modus operandi is to stalk me (often electronically or on my website) to find out where I will be speaking, or attending a social or political event, or have an upcoming media appearance. They target the host/hostess or organization and send a barrage of vile and defaming lies about me (usually anonymously or from bogus political or women’s groups) through the U. S. Mail, or through mass emails and/or telephone calls.
They twist truths and have contacted personal, professional and political friends and associates of mine spreading their lies in an attempt to discredit or sabotage me and my humanitarian, political or business endeavors. They have also set up websites and blogs spreading their hatred and lies about me to millions of people.
I have done due diligence and have filed police reports, criminal complaints and reported them to the agencies and authorities in every appropriate jurisdiction. I am now pursuing all civil and criminal actions against them for each count, and violation.
Should you be a victim of their abuse or harassment and receive slanderous or libelous packages in the mail about me and/or my family, or emails or phone calls please contact your local authority and report this immediately.
Furthermore, we are asking that copies of all packages sent through the U.S. mail, be sent to the following Agency. They are currently investigating this matter. Please keep the originals for DNA forensics and mail copies of the envelope (front and back) and content to:

Lastly, we ask that you notify us at: security@johnjosephkennedy.com and report any violation. We will provide you with their true names/identities, addresses and the names of the agencies and authorities to contact who are investigating these matters.
